This product is a water-based epoxy-modified anti-corrosion coating, featuring a triple protection mechanism: providing cathodic protection, forming a dense barrier with epoxy resin, and enhancing adhesion with modified polymers. The coating withstands water immersion for over 3,000 hours, salt spray resistance for up to 2,000 hours, and achieves an adhesion rating of Grade 0 by the cross-cut method. It can be applied directly on saturated surface-dry concrete surfaces, with a single coat consumption of 0.25 kg/m², surface drying in 2 hours, and a recoating interval of 4 hours.

Application Scenarios
Suitable for corrosion protection on the wave-swept zones of reservoir dams, inner and outer walls of water conveyance aqueducts, and lining surfaces of tunnels and passageways. Specifically provides long-term protection for freeze-thaw cycle environments in water level fluctuation zones, high-velocity flow abrasion areas in aqueducts, and condensation-humid environments in passageways. Effectively blocks chloride ion penetration (chloride ion diffusion coefficient <1×10⁻¹² m²/s) and inhibits concrete carbonation progression.
